Photography Challenge with Sue Karski

A Weekly Photo Themed Blog

Born in Connecticut, I have lived in New Jersey, California, Missouri, and now Florida.
My career has been in software development.  I have worked for Connecticut General, EDS, Transamerica Life, and Cobra Software Group.

I have always had an interest in photography. I worked briefly with a wedding photographer in Connecticut and doing mostly macro of florals from flower shows.  With the arrival of digital, I initially kept it as a hobby until a couple of years ago in Florida.
I started with wildlife photography and expanded into landscapes and now into creative photography.

A number of my photos have won ribbons in Juried Shows in the area.
Six photos were selected for inclusion in the book – Artbook Tampa Bay which was published through iTunes in March 2012.
Nine photos were selected for inclusion in Artbook Tampa Bay 2013.
A photo of the Ringling Causeway Bridge was selected for a cover of a directory in Sarasota, with over 20,000 issues printed.
I have photographed the Manatee Horse Show Association, in Bradenton, Florida.
A couple of my photographs are being used in New Zealand in part of their media campaign.

I have completed some commercial photography for advertisements and my photos were selected to be used for a race car driver’s fan cards.

I teach Lightroom and Photoshop through  Photo Ecperience in Sarasota, Florida.

My photos are available for sale –
